Incredible Edibles in Ms.Guiry's Senior Infants Ms.Guiry's Senior Infants took part in the Incredible Edibles initiative this year. We planted strawberries, potatoes, carrots, turnips, spinach, chives and lettuce and learned a lot about planting and preparing food. We also learned about where food comes from and the importance of buying Irish produce. We were awarded a gold certificate and rosette for all of our hard work.
