This programme provides valuable insights and strategies, including: How everyday life impacts your child’s mental health. Helping your child manage emotions and cope with challenges. Building and nurturing a strong parent-child relationship. Supporting your child in developing resilience. Promoting children’s rights for a mentally healthy life. Practical steps to implement the Five Ways to Wellbeing. Session Details: Each webinar lasts approximately 70 minutes and includes an interactive Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and receive tailored advice from our experienced facilitators.
