Letter from 1st class teachers
Hi 1 st class boys and girls!
So now we know for definite that we will not be back in school till September. We are very sad not
to see ye till then but we have to follow health guidelines and make sure that we all stay safe and
well!
So we will have to continue doing our work like this for now. You can start your last week of work in
your work packs (Week 11 th May – 15 th May). This week in your Skills book is all about “The Great
Outdoors”. We have been very lucky to have such lovely weather and we would love if you could
spend as much time as you can outdoors this week.
What about trying a creative challenge this week? If you like you could try and create a picture of
anything you want but only using things you find outside, such as, stones/twigs/leaves/flowers. You
could do this on the path outside or in your back garden, anywhere you like! Remember to only use
things from nature. Take a picture of it and email it to us at alyons@stoliversclonmel.ie or
clarkin@stoliversclonmel.ie . We would love to see some of the great work you are doing!
We are checking into Studyladder and IXL every day and can see all the hard work you are doing.
Well done!
We will have new work packs ready for you next week and will be in contact to see how you are all
getting on. Have a good week and remember to stay safe!
