Free Kids Fitness
Dear Principal,
This might be something of interest for your children over lockdown. In lockdown 1.0 I did Kids Fitness every weekday at 12pm for 50 days and it was a great success. For this lockdown I am also going to play my part and use my skill set to give back to the community with Kids Get Up and Move 10 minute fitness segments at 9am before my own children start their school work and at 12pm. I am a Lecturer in Health Sciences in Waterford Institute of Technology where I specialise in everything fitness and I know that if I can get kids moving over this difficult time it will help them not only physically but emotionally as well (and help all of us parents too). I have attached an image if you would like to circulate it with your parents association whatsapp groups or use it in any way you feel it will be helpful. I will also upload all the workouts to my youtube channel for anyone who doesn’t have Facebook. My youtube is also named Donna Dunne Fitness
