Christmas Tales and Traditions In Mick Delahunty Square

Venue: Tipperary Museum and Clonmel Library, Mick Delahunty Square, Clonmel
Event: Family workshop – Follow the old Irish tradition of lighting a candle in the window on Christmas Eve to welcome any passersby. This workshop is kindly sponsored by the Environment Department of Tipperary County Council and participants will use natural materials and pre loved decorations to create their very own candle decoration, so if you have anything you want to incorporate into the arrangement make sure to bring it along. Followed by Storytelling at Clonmel Library. Enjoy classic Christmas tales with hot chocolate to get you into the Festive spirit. Don’t forget to post your Santa Letter in the post box at the Library.
Admission: Family Workshop, admission is free but pre booking is required.
