After learning about San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge, 3rd class were busy creating their own bridges using materials found at home and in the classroom. They faced a tough challenge to ensure it was load bearing and also that it was a stable structure. They all had to evaluate their own designs and go back to the drawing board a number of times.
